Utah Dance Fest 2008

Isabel had a dance competition in Logan this weekend. She has lots of fun with all the cute girls on her team. It was a long day, but she still loved performing! It is so fun to watch her! Her favorite part is when the crowd cheers for her when she does her back walkovers and one handed cartwheel. We also got a chance to watch Riley do her solo. She is amazing!!! Next year, it will be fun to take just Isabel and have a Mommy daughter Day! Sorry Jack, but your a handful! (Cute layouts by Karen Jensen)

My First Digital Scrapbook Page...

I am learning how to scrapbook digitally. It is really fun. The best part is that it's free, no mess, and no cutting! I hope to get really busy and start getting all my pictures done.

Center Stage Celebrities...

Center Stage is the place to dance. This is Isabel with Hefa, who was in High School Musical 2. He is currently on a T.V. Show, on Nickelodeon, called "Dance on Sunset". Hefa is a teacher at Center Stage as well as one of their key dancers. It is so neat for her to see that with hard work and a love for dance great things can happen. Isabel hopes to be a "Super Fan" someday and have people ask her for her autograph!

It was Mazie's Jr. Prom. It was so fun taking these pictures! She is so beautiful!

Promenade...

It was Jordon's Jr. Prom as well...she looked so beautiful. Her dress was so pretty, these pictures don't do her justice. We got to watch her and Mazie Promenade. It was so fun to see them dance. I can't believe they are this old! (That means I'm getting old.)

Daddy's Girl...

Isabel is such a Daddy's Girl. She definitely has a hold of his heart strings. They have always had this special little bond. It is such a joy to watch them. They know every funny line to every movie and they are always quoting them back and forth. Isabel loves spending time with just Dad. Zac is very good about taking his "Little Angel" on Daddy Daughter Dates. She always has to be all dolled up for him. What a great dad he is! She is very lucky to have Zac as her dad.

Sweet...

Now do you see why I have the cutiest, sweetiest kids in the whole world! I love you both so much!

My Little Blessings...

Today I woke up with a breath of freash air, my little Jack Jack crawling to me in bed. He is so loving and sweet. He loves to suck his thumb and play with my hair. Isabel was right in behind him. She is so full of life and energy. I love to have my whole family snuggle with me in bed. It's a great way to start the morning. I'm so excited that ski season is almost over and Zac will be home more. He is the center of all of our lives. He is always good for a lot of laughs!

Wet Zone...

If you have ever been to Sea World to see Shamu you know what I mean by Wet Zone. Well we have our own little baby beluga whale. Jack loves to splash in the tub so much that whether you are in the tub with him or not-Your Soaked! It is really quite funny because he hits the water so hard it just drenches him. He has learned that if he opens his mouth in the process he can get a little drink as well. I guess I should just be grateful he loves the bath!

Ballroom Maddness!!

OK it's official...Isabel and Ezra are partners. Let me explain, Isabel was chosen by a a really good boy to partner with in Ballroom. They will compete together in Cha-Cha, Jive, American Swing, Waltz, and Quick-step. Their teacher says they could be World Champions on day. She is also going to let them work with Professionals that come to the studio. Some of them will be from Dancing with the Stars. Johnathan (who was Mary Osmond's partner), Louis (Priscella Presley's partner, Julianne, and Ashley DelGrosso (her teachers daughter and was on Dancing with the Stars)! They will even train in Europe when they get a little older! The best part is that Isabel loves Ballroom. She is so talented! It is so cute to see her in her little heels!

Amaze...

It truly amazes me how fast babies learn new things. Jack, Jack is on the MOVE! He, in less than a week, is pulling himself up to everything, climbing the stairs, spitting out his food, (which he thinks is hilarious) bobs his head, and sticks his hand out to wave. It is so nice to have a second because you know that the bad stages do go away. Just as I know one day down the road I will get to sleep again! I hope it's sooner than later. Having a boy is quite a new experience than a girl, but what a special Joy he is!!!

Rise and Dance!

Isabel competed her solo on Saturday and 8:15 in the morning...meaning we had to be there at 7:30. So she was not to happy about having to get up that early and I wondered why are we doing this? This is crazy! But as soon as we got there and she started to perform...I knew exactly why we do this. She loves it! It comes so naturally to her. It is so easy for her. She always amazes me! She did a great job and won High Gold, and was in the Top 4. For a 5 year old she ROCKS!! WE have a little break but we are jammed packed with Ballroom for the rest of the month.
