Ballroom Maddness!!

OK it's official...Isabel and Ezra are partners. Let me explain, Isabel was chosen by a a really good boy to partner with in Ballroom. They will compete together in Cha-Cha, Jive, American Swing, Waltz, and Quick-step. Their teacher says they could be World Champions on day. She is also going to let them work with Professionals that come to the studio. Some of them will be from Dancing with the Stars. Johnathan (who was Mary Osmond's partner), Louis (Priscella Presley's partner, Julianne, and Ashley DelGrosso (her teachers daughter and was on Dancing with the Stars)! They will even train in Europe when they get a little older! The best part is that Isabel loves Ballroom. She is so talented! It is so cute to see her in her little heels!

Amaze...

It truly amazes me how fast babies learn new things. Jack, Jack is on the MOVE! He, in less than a week, is pulling himself up to everything, climbing the stairs, spitting out his food, (which he thinks is hilarious) bobs his head, and sticks his hand out to wave. It is so nice to have a second because you know that the bad stages do go away. Just as I know one day down the road I will get to sleep again! I hope it's sooner than later. Having a boy is quite a new experience than a girl, but what a special Joy he is!!!

Rise and Dance!

Isabel competed her solo on Saturday and 8:15 in the morning...meaning we had to be there at 7:30. So she was not to happy about having to get up that early and I wondered why are we doing this? This is crazy! But as soon as we got there and she started to perform...I knew exactly why we do this. She loves it! It comes so naturally to her. It is so easy for her. She always amazes me! She did a great job and won High Gold, and was in the Top 4. For a 5 year old she ROCKS!! WE have a little break but we are jammed packed with Ballroom for the rest of the month.

Ski Bunny...

Isabel and her Dad love to ski! Isabel can ski all by herself! They have so much fun together...but they have to have hot coco first! What a great dad Zac is!!!

Big Boy...

I can't believe you are big enough to sit up to the counter! Time goes by to fast! Jack Jack loves to sit and eat by his big Sis.

Christmas '07...

What a special time of year...to think about our Savior and the gift He is to the world. This year we really tried to focus on the spirit of Christmas, but like always Santa went a little over board! It was so fun to have Nanna, Pappie, Mazie, Coy and Granny here to share in our magical Christmas. On Christmas Eve, we ate lots of yummy food and had a Nativity play. We read the book "I Believe in Santa" and left cookies for Santa. Isabel got everything she wanted...American Girl Dolls, Juicy Sweats, and Ugg Boots. Jack got the typical baby toys and Nana made him a special blanket. Zac surprised me with a little blue box from Tiffany's that had a beautiful bracelet in it. What an sweet Man! Christmas is our favorite time of year...there is just something about the birth of our Savior that is so touching.

Riley Christmas Party...

All the cousins dressed up...Isabel got to be Mary and Jack was a Shepard.

Everybody loves Grandma Riley's Christmas Party! There is always Santa and lots of food, but the best part is the Nativity the kids get to be a part of. It is so special to hear the story of baby Jesus and sing Christmas Hymns.

Snow...

We have gotten so much snow already this year! Isabel loves the snow...she defiantly takes after her Dad.

Oh Grams...

It is amazing how much a little warm body can do for you...Grams and Jack look so peaceful!
