Kindergarten...

Isabel started school today! She was so excited she couldn't even sleep last night. We went to breakfast at IHop...a  new school tradition. Her teachers name is Mrs. McClellan. She is a Utah Ute fan so her and Isabel will be good pals. When school was over she said, "I love it! I am going all the way to 8th grade for sure!" We are so proud of her and of course she will be BRILLIANT! We are so happy she is going to Renaissance Academy! Look how cute her uniform is!

Dancing under the Stars...

Isabel performed in the pre show for the Scera Shell show "Dancing under the Stars." She did an amazing job! The show was so good! Center Stage seriously has the most talented kids in Utah! Their senior and teen company's performed with HUGE STARS! Louis Van Amstel (Dancing with the Stars), Chelsie Hightower (SYTYCD), Gev (SYTYCD), Matt (SYTYCD), Ashley DelGrosso (Dancing with the Stars), Hefa Tuta (High School Musical and Dance on Sunset). And the best part is...Isabel gets to train with these amazing and talented dancers! Center Stage is the place to DANCE!!! They were all so nice to sign autographs and take pictures...so Cute!

In the Spirit of it all...

So AMAZING!!! It has been so fun to be a part of History. The Olympics have been so INSPIRING! I love to see people's hard work and dedication pay off. What great stories the Olympics has, they always touch me. It was so sweet to see Isabel watching and Cheering on the USA! A commercial came on (and you know how intense they are) at the end she had tears in her eyes. I asked what was wrong. She said, "WOW,  that is good!" Even she is getting swept away in the magic of it all. Congrats to Phelps, we were cheering for you all the way!

I could watch this moment over and ever...PRICELESS!!

Ouch!

So Zac goes mountain biking a lot right? These are the pictures you don't want to see...when your husband just flipped over his handlebars, hit his head on a rock (thank goodness for helmets!), and hurt his arm pretty bad. 

Nothing seems to be broke, but it doesn't feel normal and it hurts. 

So the lesson of the day is: SLOW DOWN!!! 

BOYS WILL BE BOYS...ALWAYS PUSHING THE LIMIT!!!

A Letter...

Isabel wrote this today about going to Kindergarten. It is so cute I had to share it. (she didn't spell hardly any of the words right, but she sure tried!)

So Cute!!!! She is starting to get the first day of school butterflies!

While the PARENTS are away, the KIDS will PLAY...

So my parents took the kids for the week. This is some of the fun they had: eating whatever they wanted, going to Jones Hole to see the fish, played in the water, went swimming (well kinda), got lots of kisses, ate fresh raspberries, and did everything I will not allow! Isn't that what grandparents are for? So I forgot to give them the high chair and this is the creative parents I have...Jack is sitting on a pot, tied to a chair! Brilliant! It's the Redneck Highchair! You know your a redneck when...(see picture below)! HA HA

I am so glad I have such get family who love and take such good care of my kids! THANKS!

While the Kids are away, the Parents will PLAY...

Zac and I have had such a fun week! My mom took BOTH kids and we have lived it up! We have seen 3 movies, went to dinner with no one saying "EEW I don't like that," took the jeep on the Alpine Loop, went to Sundance on a bike ride, and just hung out with each other. It was a needed chance to be just the two of us. It is so fun to be with the love of my life and my best friend! Thanks Zac for the great week! And thanks to my parents for taking the kids! 

What is wrong with this picture? Hopefully we will still be able to have kids if I ever open up to that idea again. HA HA!

Dance Try-outs...

Isabel had Dance Try-outs last weekend. She tried out for a Jazz Company and of course the Ballroom Team! Don't her and her cute friend Malia look so cute! They both got a new dance outfit. Isabel did awesome! Congrats Isabel! She made the PeeWee Jazz Company and I will be actually teaching her team this year! I am so excited to get my hands on this very talented group of little girls. But, I am so proud of her for making the highest Ballroom team, Preteen! Isabel you are such amazing little dancer. Your hard work has paid off, Congrats!

Noodles Anyone?...

Jack and Isabel love NOODLES!!! I can't decide if they really like them or they are just fun to eat? Either way, it is so fun to watch them!
